After being spoiled with the some of the finest bagels at what felt like every corner in NYC, the author of this blog moved to the Hudson Valley to live a quieter life. However, they quickly realized the compromises this decision was when the only bagels available were at chain stores. While a few ma’ and pop bakeries temporarily satiated their absences, nothing could truly compare. Thus began the quest for the world’s best bagel.
